INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS

All students of the institution are required to strictly follow the rules and regulations of the college. These instructions are framed to ensure discipline, academic excellence, and a safe learning environment.

1. Discipline and Conduct

  • Students shall maintain discipline and proper conduct within the college premises.

  • Respect towards faculty members, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.

  • Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and is punishable as per law.

  • Any act of indiscipline will invite disciplinary action by the college authorities.

2. Attendance

  • Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in theory and practical classes.

  • Attendance is compulsory for internal assessments, seminars, and tutorials.

  • Students who fail to meet attendance requirements will not be permitted to appear for examinations.

3. Dress Code and Identity Card

  • Students shall adhere to the prescribed dress code of the institution.

  • Wearing the college Identity Card inside the campus is compulsory.

  • Students must maintain a neat and professional appearance.

4. Academic Responsibilities

  • Students must attend classes regularly and be punctual.

  • Assignments, practical records, and projects must be completed and submitted within the stipulated time.

  • Use of unfair means or malpractice in examinations is strictly prohibited.

5. Library and Laboratory Rules

  • Silence and discipline must be maintained in the library and laboratories.

  • Library books must be returned on or before the due date.

  • Laboratory equipment shall be handled carefully under the supervision of faculty members.

6. Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices

  • Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside classrooms and laboratories during academic hours.

  • Unauthorized use of electronic devices for non-academic purposes is not permitted.

7. Campus Cleanliness and Property

  • Students shall keep the campus clean and avoid littering.

  • Damage to college property will attract penalties and disciplinary action.

  • Use of plastic and other banned materials inside the campus is strictly prohibited.

8. Health, Safety and Prohibited Activities

  • Students must follow all safety instructions in laboratories and workshops.

  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of narcotic substances are strictly prohibited within the campus.

  • In case of emergency or illness, students must inform the concerned faculty or office immediately.

9. Participation in College Activities

  • Students are encouraged to participate in academic, cultural, and sports activities organized by the institution.

  • Prior permission from the concerned authority is required to organize or participate in external programs.

10. Compliance with College Authorities

  • Students must follow all notices and circulars issued by the college from time to time.

  • Ignorance of rules shall not be accepted as an excuse.

  • The decision of the Principal and Management shall be final in all matters of discipline.
