Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) is a 2-year postgraduate degree program in Pharmacy designed to provide advanced knowledge, specialized skills, and research expertise in various disciplines of pharmaceutical sciences. Course Structure – M.Pharmacy
The M.Pharmacy program spans two academic years, following a semester system with four semesters as prescribed by JNTUA regulations. Students gain advanced practical exposure through laboratory experiments, seminars, assignments, comprehensive viva-voce examinations, and dissertation work related to their chosen specialization.
Minimum Attendance: 75% attendance in each semester.
Minimum Pass Marks: A candidate shall secure a minimum of 40% marks in the End Semester Examination and 50% aggregate marks in the End Semester Examination and Internal Evaluation taken together to pass a subject, as prescribed under JNTUA R21 Regulations.
Seminars and Assignments: Students undertake seminars, literature reviews, presentations, and assignments to enhance analytical and communication skills.
Comprehensive Viva-Voce: Conducted during the program to assess the student's knowledge and understanding of the specialization.
Dissertation/Project Work: A major research project is carried out under faculty supervision, culminating in dissertation submission, seminar presentation, and viva-voce examination.
Students fulfilling all academic requirements within the stipulated period are awarded the Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree.

Eligibility
Candidates must have passed B.Pharm from an institution recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and obtained the qualifying marks prescribed by JNTUA and other competent authorities.
